The second international coaching capacity speaker for the inspirational and educational trip to the World Championships in Poland, 4 – 8 September 2014 is confirmed.
The speaker is no other than Grzegorz Ryś from Poland, member of the CEV Coaches Commission, who has just ended a two year term as Head Coach of the United Arabic Emirates men’s team.
Grzegorz Ryś has agreed to throw an exciting lecture about how to transfer a young talent in a club to a world class national team player – the Polish way. The participants have a great deal to look forward to on the inspirational and educational trip to the World Championships in Poland.
”I think it is quite a scoop that Grzegorz Ryś will speak at the inspirational seminars. His coaching career with a Junior World Championship Gold medal and Youth European Championship Silver medal speaks for itself,” says Sven Brix, Elite Director of the Danish Volleyball Federation and.
“Grzegorz Ryś is a big capacity within talent development and will definitely be a source of inspiration for the participants,” he says.
The educational and inspirational seminars takes place in the morning. In the afternoon the program is scheduled for World Championship matches in Katowice where the reign world champions Brazil is among the teams playing.
The former head coach of Finland’s men’s national team and current sport director of the Finnish Volleyball Federation, Antti Paananen, is also giving a lecture at the RVDC Coaches Seminar in Poland. Antti Paananen has played a big part in the explosive development Finnish male volleyball has gone through the last years.
